You list and manage properties on Moea without paying us a listing commission. Moea is a direct channel between institutional sellers and buyers.
How does approval work for businesses?
Sign in with a Moea account, submit a short business application, and our team reviews it. Approval turns on seller access for that account; no second password is created.
I’m selling my own home. Can I use this?
Individual selling is opening soon. Sign in with your Moea account and join the account-based waitlist.
How do my listings show up for buyers?
Approved, published listings are normalized into Moea’s property model and become searchable on the map and in the app, right alongside everything else buyers browse.
